• Integration Data: API tokens and store endpoints to sync with platforms like Daraz, Shopify, and local courier accounts.
• Transaction Records: Orders, shipping weights, inventory counts, and invoices processed through the Packro platform.

3. How We Process and Use Your Information

Your business and store information is processed strictly to provide the core service features, including:

• Executing real-time inventory updates across multiple retail channels.
• Generating shipping labels, CN22/CN23 docs, and dispatching courier tracking events.
• Transmitting POS taxes and retail transactions to compliant national billing portals (e.g. FBR).
• Monitoring system health, software performance, and support debugging.

4. Data Retention & Protection

We retain business account data as long as your subscription is active, or as required by law. All data is hosted in secure data centers with routine backups, managed access logs, and regular software vulnerability sweeps. We utilize Industry-standard encryption (AES-256) to store configuration settings and API credentials.
