Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Packro, an e-commerce operating system for order management, inventory, fulfilment, and retail operations. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and everything done through it:

• Provide accurate registration and billing details, and keep them current.
• Keep credentials confidential and restrict access to authorised team members.
• Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
• You must have authority to bind the business you register on behalf of.

3. Connected Services and Integrations

Packro connects to third-party services you choose to link, such as Shopify, Daraz, courier providers, WhatsApp Business, and national billing portals. By connecting a service you authorise Packro to access and exchange data with it on your behalf, for the purposes you have configured. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or decisions. You are responsible for holding valid accounts and permissions for anything you connect.

4. Customer Communications

Where you use Packro to message your customers, including order confirmations sent over WhatsApp, you remain the sender of those messages and are responsible for their content and for having a lawful basis to send them. You agree to comply with the rules of the channel you use, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and with applicable marketing and privacy law. Packro sends messages only as you instruct, and does not use your customer contacts for its own marketing.

5. Subscriptions, Fees and Renewal

Access is provided on a subscription basis for the plan and billing period you select. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, taking effect at your next renewal. Accounts with unpaid fees may be suspended until payment is received.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform unlawfully, or to send unsolicited or deceptive messages.
• Upload data you have no right to process, or interfere with the use of the platform by others.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you have not been granted access to.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or copy the platform except as these terms allow.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of your business, order, and customer data. You grant Packro the permissions needed to host and process it in order to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You may export your data while your subscription is active, and may request deletion as set out in that policy.

8. Availability and Support

We work to keep Packro available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as is and as available basis. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, and factors outside our control may interrupt access. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a separate written service level agreement is in place.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost sales, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law or by a connected platform. On termination your data remains available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be notified in the product or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Packro after that date means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
